  • The first step is showing up and this can be daunting! I appreciate the opportunity to be trusted in this role working alongside you.

    The first session will be more broad, focusing on hearing your story and getting to know you and your hopes for therapy. An emphasis is placed on a feeling of safety and connection to lay the groundwork.

  • Yes! I am accepting new clients.

  • Sessions will focus on areas of concern you feel impacted by and would like to place the attention on. This is your journey and the area of focus can shift as needed. Some common concerns are listed below but this is not an exhaustive list!

    • Self-esteem

    • Navigating thoughts and emotions

    • Life transitions and stress

    • Boundary setting

    • Regulating emotions

    • Anxiety and depression

    • Relationship concerns

  • Yes! Direct billing is offered for some insurance providers. A receipt can also be provided for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider.

  • Sessions are 50-minutes.

  • Sessions take place in-person at 250 Baker Drive, suite 222. Virtual sessions are also an option.
